2. The service

Your monthly subscription gives you access to SearcHive, an AI-powered talent platform that helps companies find and shortlist qualified finance professionals.

Subscribers can:

• View and shortlist AI-ranked candidates relevant to your roles
• Access engaged candidates who've opted in to connect
• Request introductions and manage hiring activity directly
• Receive product updates and feature improvements

We may update features from time to time to improve your experience.

3. Subscription term and renewal

• The Monthly Subscription runs on a rolling basis, renewing automatically every month.
• You can cancel anytime with 7 days' notice before your next billing date.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of renewal will apply from the following billing cycle.
• Your access continues until the end of the paid month.

4. Fees and payment

• The monthly fee is displayed on our website or confirmed in writing.
• Prices exclude VAT, which will be added where applicable.
• Payments are collected automatically each month using your chosen method.
• If a payment fails, we may suspend access until it's resolved.

We may update pricing occasionally, but we'll always give at least 14 days' notice before any change takes effect.

5. Fair use

To ensure fairness for all users:

• Use the platform only for legitimate hiring purposes.
• Candidate information is confidential and for internal use only.
• Do not copy, scrape, resell, or distribute data from the platform.

We may suspend or terminate access if these rules are breached.

6. Termination

You can cancel anytime by emailing hello@searchive.ai with 7 days' notice.

We may end your subscription if:

• You breach these terms;
• You fail to pay on time; or
• We discontinue or change the service (we'll give you notice where possible).

If terminated for misuse or non-payment, no refund will be issued for the current billing period.

7. Refunds

Because SearcHive provides immediate access to live candidate data and search functionality, subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started, unless required by law.

8. Confidentiality and data protection

• Both parties agree to keep confidential information private.
• SearcHive processes all personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.
• You must ensure any data exported from the platform complies with applicable data-protection laws.

9. Service reliability

We aim for 24/7 platform availability.

Occasional downtime may occur for maintenance or updates, and we'll give reasonable notice wherever possible.

10. Liability

SearcHive is provided "as is".

We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability will not exceed the total fees paid by you in the previous three months.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time.

Significant updates will be shared by email or via your account dashboard.

Continuing to use SearcHive means you accept the revised terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by English law, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
