2. Subscription Model

• Billing: SearcHive operates on a subscription basis. Billing will be monthly unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled in writing 1 month prior to the next billing cycle.
• Cancellation: To cancel your subscription, written notice must be provided to SearcHive. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current contract. No refunds will be provided for the remaining period of the current subscription.
• Pricing Changes: We reserve the right to adjust pricing with prior notice.

• Unauthorized use of our platform, including scraping, data mining, or automated access, is strictly prohibited.
